Well done to Jim Huggins and Adrian Clark who took part in the Reading Half Marathon, raising funds for Emma Dunnett (pictured centre). The gentlemen concerned even managed a beer or two at the 10 mile marker!! Funds are still coming in but the total, which is to be shared with the Royal Marsden Hospital, looks to be heading in the direction of £7-8,000 which is a magnificent total.
Jim and Adrian tell us they plan to keep on fundraising while Emma is undergoing treatment and next time it will be 'even crazier'!
SDBTT Donna Ryan Fund
Well done to Martin Ryan whose wife, Donna, tragically died last year. He and a friend ran in the Reading Half Marathon raising funds for their umbrella group fund. Here is Martin, running alongside his sister-in-law Cindy.
