BUPA Great Edinburgh Run - 10 Km

BEFORE

Katy tells us, 'I've currently got 4 blisters on my feet and after a poorly knee have very little time to get myself up to scratch to run, and Jenny and I will both be running the whole way, so that surely is worth a few pennies'.

Katy is running with her friend Jenny to support her cousin Emma who was diagnosed with a brain tumour last year.  Emma has asked that the proceeds be split between SDBTT and the Royal Marsden and Katy has set up a Justgiving page on which you can sponsor our daring duo!

Katy tells us that Emma is battling through her ordeal and she has realised that if Emma can do this then she can certainly undertake this run on her behalf.

AFTER

Katy finished in just under 60 minutes. Her knees held up.....just! She hopes to have made £700. Well done. Below she is pictured with her friend, Jenny.
